I provide a superbill for out-of-network benefits and do not accept insurance. Due to regulatory restrictions, I do not see individuals on Medicare or Medicaid.
Sessions are in person at my office in Cold Spring, NY or via secure Telehealth video if you are a resident of NY. To change or cancel your appointment without incurring a fee, please inform me at least 24 business hours before your appointment. Please note that most insurance companies will not reimburse missed appointment fees.
